Two airports, one trusted transfer partner

The M7 puts Western Sydney International within roughly 30 to 40 minutes of Blacktown, while Kingsford Smith is usually closer to an hour via the M4 and M8. As WSI ramps up to full operations through 2026 and 2027, we are building our transfer network around both hubs, so your group, business or event never has to think twice about which airport you are using.

The overnight gap

Why WSI changes the game — and why you will need a transfer partner

Western Sydney International is Sydney's first curfew-free airport, which means flights can land and depart at any hour. Red-eye arrivals, midnight departures and everything in between. That is a significant win for travellers and businesses who have never had that flexibility at Kingsford Smith.

There is a catch: Sydney Metro and train services do not run overnight

If your flight touches down at 2am, or you need to check in for a 4am departure, public transport simply is not an option during those hours. Our airport transfer service operates any time of day or night, so a late landing or an early departure at WSI is never a logistics problem — it is just a booking.

Frequently asked questions

How far is Blacktown from Western Sydney International Airport?

Western Sydney International Airport at Badgerys Creek is roughly 30 to 40 minutes by road from Blacktown, running south on the M7 and across on the M12. That makes WSI the closer of the two Sydney airports for most passengers travelling from Blacktown, Seven Hills, Doonside, Mount Druitt or Quakers Hill. Sydney Kingsford Smith is usually a 50 to 65 minute drive by comparison.

When does Western Sydney International Airport open to passengers?

Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport begins passenger operations in October 2026, following the start of cargo flights earlier in the year. Airline services will expand progressively through late 2026 and into 2027. We are already taking transfer bookings for travel dates once passenger flights commence.

Do you run airport transfers overnight?

Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This matters most at WSI, which is Sydney's first curfew-free airport, so flights can arrive and depart at any hour. Sydney Metro and train services do not run overnight, which leaves a genuine gap for anyone landing at 2am or checking in for a 4am departure. Our transfers cover those hours.

Can you transfer to and from Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport as well?

Yes. We cover both Sydney airports. Kingsford Smith remains Sydney's established international and domestic hub, and we run regular transfers there from Blacktown and the surrounding suburbs, dropping directly at the correct terminal for your flight.

How many passengers can you carry?

Our fleet covers small parties through to large groups. Vehicle options range from cars and minibuses for a handful of travellers up to full-size coaches for school groups, sporting teams, corporate parties and conference delegations. Tell us your passenger count and luggage volume and we will recommend the right vehicle or combination of vehicles.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time automatically. If your flight lands early or runs late, your driver's schedule moves with it, so you are not left waiting and you are not charged for a missed pickup. Just supply your flight number when you book.

Is the price fixed before I travel?

Yes. All of our airport transfers are quoted as a fixed price and confirmed in writing before the day of travel. There is no meter, no surge pricing and no variation based on traffic or time of day.

I am not sure which Sydney airport my flight uses. Can you check?

Send us your flight number and we will confirm which airport it operates from and plan your pickup accordingly. With two Sydney airports now in operation, and some airlines running services to both, it is worth checking before you travel.

Do you handle transfers for schools, businesses and conferences?

Yes. Group and corporate transfers are a core part of what we do. We coordinate multi-vehicle movements for conferences, corporate travel, school excursions and sporting fixtures, including staggered arrivals across several flights and multiple pickup points. Contact our team with your itinerary and we will build the schedule around it.
